Filing a Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, authorized to act on behalf of one, or authorized to act under any exclusive right under copyright, please report alleged copyright infringements taking place on or through our platform by submitting a complete DMCA Notice via our secure portal below.

To file a DMCA notice, you must provide a written communication that includes the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL on GripForex).
• Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party (address, telephone number, and electronic mail address).

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that your material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with us. All counter-notices must be submitted in writing to our designated copyright agent.
